MoneyTradez (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by SKSA Enterprises LLC, a California limited liability company. This Policy explains how we handle your information when you visit moneytradez.com, submit a form, book a call, subscribe to our emails or texts, purchase a membership, or join our Discord community (collectively, the “Services”).
MoneyTradez is an educational company. We are not a broker-dealer or registered investment adviser, we do not execute trades or manage accounts, and we never ask for your brokerage credentials or account numbers. Please do not send us that information — if you do, we will delete it as soon as we reasonably can. No MoneyTradez staff member or moderator will ever request your brokerage login, API keys, or two-factor codes; report anyone who does to [email protected]. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
You provide: name, email, phone number, and anything else you enter on a lead form, booking page, or checkout page; account and profile details; anything you voluntarily share about your trading experience, goals, or risk tolerance; billing name and address; your Discord username and the content you post in our server; and the content of your messages to us.
We do not collect or store full payment card numbers — payments are handled by our third-party processor.
Collected automatically: IP address and approximate location, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, video watch progress, referring URL, time stamps, and cookie or pixel identifiers.
From third parties: lead form submissions and ad performance data from advertising platforms such as Meta; subscription and transaction status from our payment and membership platform; booking details from our scheduling platform; and account identifiers from Discord.
We use your information to deliver the Services and community access; process payments, subscriptions, and refunds; schedule and follow up on calls; send account and billing notices; send marketing emails and, with your consent, calls and texts; answer support requests; measure and improve our Site, content, and ad campaigns; build advertising audiences; moderate the community and enforce our terms; prevent fraud, abuse, and credential sharing; and comply with legal obligations.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and measure advertising. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies, though this may affect Site functionality.
We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and may use the Meta Pixel, the Meta Conversions API, and Custom Audiences. These tools collect information about your activity on our Site and may match it to information Meta already holds about you, including through a hashed version of your email or phone number. If you submit a lead form inside Facebook or Instagram rather than on our Site, Meta sends what you entered directly to us and our CRM. Under some U.S. state privacy laws, this may count as “selling” or “sharing” personal information — see Section 8 to opt out.
You can manage ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, adssettings.google.com, or optout.aboutads.info. On mobile, you can limit interestbased advertising through your device settings (“Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS, “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android) or through the AppChoices app at youradchoices.com/appchoices. Opt-outs are cookie- and device-specific, so clearing cookies or switching browsers or devices may require you to opt out again.
We currently do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with:
We do not share your information with unaffiliated third parties for those third parties’ own marketing purposes.
Our Services link to and integrate with third-party platforms that operate under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
Discord, Inc. operates our community server and independently collects and stores your account data and message history under its own privacy policy. Messages, images, and screenshots you post in community channels are visible to other members and to our moderators — do not treat these channels as private, and redact account numbers, balances, or personal details from any screenshot you share. Our server uses third-party bots and integrations that may process message and activity data under their own terms. We retain moderation records as needed to enforce community rules. Live sessions may be recorded and shared with members; if you do not wish to be recorded, do not join voice or video.
If you give us permission to share your feedback, testimonial, or results, we will use only what you have agreed to. You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing us, though we may be unable to recall materials already distributed.
Email: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. You will still receive transactional messages about your account.
Calls and Texts: By submitting your phone number on our lead or booking forms, you give prior express written consent for MoneyTradez to contact you at that number — including by automated dialing technology, prerecorded message, or text — about our programs and services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help, and tell us on any call if you no longer wish to be contacted. We honor opt-out requests promptly and maintain internal do-not-contact records. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising; and, in some states, to opt out of profiling. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights.
How to make a request: email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request.” To opt out of the sale or sharing of your information for targeted advertising, email us with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” We verify requests by matching the information you give us against our records, and we respond within the time required by law. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization.
Right to appeal: If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond in writing with our reasoning, and if we deny the appeal we will tell you how to contact your state attorney general.
No discrimination: We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
California “Shine the Light”: California residents may request information about personal information we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing in the prior calendar year. As stated in Section 5, we do not make such disclosures. California residents under 18 who are registered users may request removal of content they have publicly posted.
Nevada residents: Nevada residents have the right to direct us not to sell certain personal information. Send that request to [email protected].
Users outside the United States: we are U.S.-based and process information here, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using the Services, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Billing records are retained for at least seven years. Opt-out and donot-contact records are kept indefinitely so we do not contact you again. After that, we delete or de-identify the information.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, limits on staff and moderator access, and reputable third-party processors for payment data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and not sharing your membership access. If we experience a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as the law requires.
The Services are for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
We may update this Policy. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice by email or a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
